We built Perpetivo around a simple idea: your data is yours. That applies to this website too. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens when you join the Oltris waitlist.

The short version

If you give us your email to join the waitlist, we use it for one thing: to tell you about Oltris. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and you can leave the list at any time with one click. That's it.

What we collect, and why

When you sign up to the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address — so we can let you know when Oltris is available and send the occasional update before then.
• The date and time you signed up, and some basic technical information your browser provides (such as your IP address), recorded automatically by our email service. If you open or click our emails, that engagement may also be recorded.

We only collect what's needed to run the waitlist. We don't ask for your name, and we don't track you around the web.

Our legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming your address. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing — there's a link at the bottom of every email — and we'll stop, and remove you from the list.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We do use one trusted service to actually run the list: MailerLite, our email provider, which stores the list and sends the emails on our behalf. They act only on our instructions and are bound to keep your data secure. Your information may be processed outside the UK/EEA as part of this service, in which case appropriate legal safeguards apply. That's the only third party involved.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The signup form is provided by MailerLite and may set a small number of cookies needed to make the form work and to prevent duplicate signups. We don't use your data to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the waitlist until you unsubscribe, or until the waitlist has served its purpose (a reasonable period after Oltris launches), after which we delete it. If you unsubscribe, we remove you promptly.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you, and get a copy;
• have it corrected if it's wrong;
• have it deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• and complain to a regulator.

To do any of these, just email perpetivo@proton.me. To unsubscribe, use the link in any of our emails — no need to ask.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you're in the EU, you can contact your local data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data — for example, if we add analytics or a new service — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
